Our History: From the Beginning

Shortly after our founding in 2006, SAZ ENVIRO took on a demanding project at an automotive plant that was struggling with a persistent oil mist problem. The factory’s outdated collection system allowed oil droplets to accumulate on ceilings and equipment, creating a hazardous and inefficient work environment.

Following an in-depth evaluation, our team designed, engineered, fabricated, and installed a brand-new capture system featuring custom hoods, ductwork, and a high-capacity collector. We also integrated a clarifier to separate and reclaim the collected oil, ensuring a valuable resource could be filtered and returned to the process.

The results spoke for themselves:

  • Clean, Safe Work Area: The mist was virtually eliminated, providing a healthier workplace.
  • Resource Recovery: Recovered oil was efficiently recycled back into the manufacturing process, reducing costs and waste.

This early success gave SAZ ENVIRO the foundation to become a trusted, reliable partner in industrial air quality, emissions control, and wastewater treatment.
